At Funko Funday the company revealed the first in its Fortnite Funko line: the T-rex skin. The Rex outfit is a costume of a green dinosaur with an orange bandana and gear The skin is a reference to Reptar from the old American cartoon, Rugrats, and to Boo from Monsters Inc, but it also looks very similar to Rex from Toy Story. Rex is a legendary costume for the Fortnite: Battle Royale game and has become an iconic Fortnite skin since it has appeared so much in the game. The Rex outfit made its debut in Fortnite for the first time in March of this year, and has since then been on rotation in the in-game shop for 2000 V-bucks.
There is no indication from Funko whether other Fortnite Pops will be released, but considering the wide range of Crash Bandicoot Pops that are available, it is likely that Funko will release even more Fortnite Funkos in the near future. It only makes sense that one of the most popular games in the world continue to team up with one of the most popular toy brands.contin
Fortnite is available on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and iOS devices. An Android release is planned for summer 2018.
